Small Oak 8 day Longcase Clock

An original longcase clock of simple form. It has a solid oak case with a break arch dome top hood,a canted corner trunk and a shaped plinth base. It has a plain white enamel dial, with a subsidiary seconds and date window. Within the arch is the signature of the maker, Allitt of Ipswich.
