Small Proportioned Golden Oak Longcase Clock

A well proportioned solid oak country longcase clock in a simple London style case, dating to the early 19th Century. It has a dome top, with a 12 inch diameter dial, an arched door and a plinth base. The 8 day movement strikes the hours on a bell. The dial is signed Watts, Christchurch , who is listed as Henry, working in 1839.
