A cottage longcase clock, having a 10 square dial with an engraved centre and brass spandrels, signed by Will. Batt of Petersfield. It has a 30 hour bell striking movement. It is contained in a later (probably early 20th century) solid pine case of good proportions. (England, c. 1780)
