Fine Small Mahogany Moonroller Longcase Clock

A Fine, Slim Edwardian longcase clock.It has a solid mahogany case, with a high swan neck pediment with a break arch door, fretwork arch and sides panels backed with silk and side and corner pillars with brass capitals. It has a long door with side pillars and a base with shaped ogee feet. The engraved, silvered dial has a moon rooler disc within the arch, which rotates to show the phases of the moon with an alternating rural and seascape scene. The high quality movement is of 8 days duration and strikes the hours on a gong. It has brass weights and silvered pendulum bob.
