A late 19th Century French brass carriage clock. The corniche case has a shaped top handle, an oval top glass and bevel glass sides. The ivorine enamel dial has Arabic numerals and a fancy engraved gilt brass dial mask. It has an 8 day movement with a lever platform. The clock backplate has the manufacturers logo for Couaillet family of Saint-Nicholas-dAliermont.
