A small deep red chinoiserie decorated mantel clock, in the style of an English bracket clock dating to around 1920. It has a caddy top with brass corner finials and an embossed carrying handle. The detail depicts Chinese scenes, although the case is of English make and decoration. It has an 8 day French lever platform movement and the enamel dial is signed by the original retailers Asprey, who were Jewellers to The Royal Family at this time.
