A light walnut cased wall clock made by The quality makers Japy Frere. It has a glazed door and side panels, side columns with carved top capitals, and a shaped base. The pediment is fully detachable. The 8 day movement strikes the hours and halves on a sonorous long chime bar, as opposed to the usual coiled gong.
