A mid 20th Century oak cased barograph. It has a rectangular case, with bevel edge glass all around, and a base drawer for spare charts . The 8 day movement is wound under the top barrel cover and has a slow revolving drum which has a paper record sheet attached. The barometric pressure is recorded by a nib resting on the sheet and leaves a track of the rising and falling of the air pressure .
