Striking Silver Plated Carriage Clock by Margaine

A fine striking carriage clock made by the well known maker Margaine of Paris. It has a traditional corniche case, with an oval top window. The enamel dial has moon hands. It has an 8 day movement that strikes the hours and halves on a gong. The back plate is stamped with the Margaine trade mark and is numbered 45608.
