A mid-late 19th Century French mantel clock made for Harrods. It has a natural colour tortoiseshell case, with heavy rococo ormolu mounts. It has an ivory colour enamel dial, which is signed by the original retailers Harrods, London S. The 8 day pendulum movement strikes the hours and halves on a gong.
