Small Striking Mahogany Bracket Clock

An exceptionally small late 19th Century striking mahogany bracket clock. It has an arch top with brass corner finals and a raised pagoda central finial. The solid mahogany case has reeded quartered side pillars, inset with brass lines oval side grills and brass bun feet. The engraved silvered dial is signed by the original retailers Brook and Son of Cornhill, London. it has its original 8 day carriage clock type movement with a lever platform that sounds the hours and halves on a gong.

Condition
The case is in excellent original condition without any defects, the silvered dial has some slight spotting from age,the side silk has been replaced. The movement has been fully serviced and is guaranteed for 12 months.
