Small Rosewood and Inlay Mantel Clock

A fine, small early-mid 19th Century rosewood mantel clock. The waisted case is inlaid with satinwood floral marquetry inlay. It has a brass beaded edge bezel and an embossed sight ring, a white enamel dial and trefoil hands. The 8 day movement has a silk suspension and strikes the hours and halves on a bell and is signed by the maker/retailer Henri Marc of Paris.
