Regency Rosewood Chamfer Top Bracket Clock

A fine, nicely proportioned Regency bracket clock. It has a rosewood veneered case, which has a chamfer top surmounted by a cast brass pineapple. The front panel is inlaid with brass and has slightly chamfered corners, which are ebonised. The circular painted dial has a convex glass. The sides have brass fish scale fret grills. It has an 8 day twin fusee movement which strikes the hours on a bell. Made by Ham of York Town, near Sandhurst Army Officers Academy, Surrey.
