A well proportioned bracket/mantel clock dating to the Edwardian/George V period. It has a solid oak arch top case, with canted reeded corners and brass bun feet. The silvered dial is profusely engraved to a high standard and is signed by the original well respected London retailer J W Benson. It has a German made 8 day Westminster (Big Ben) chime movement that sounds the 1/4s and hours on chime bars.
