Mahogany and Inlay Striking Mantel Clock

A solid mahogany mantel striking clock. The case has a break arch top, with a brass carrying handle and has a front panel inlaid with satinwood and boxwood stringing. The convex enamel dial is Signed by the original retailer Vickery of Regent Street, London and has a bevel edge glass. It has a French 8 day movement that strikes the hours and halves on a gong.
