An Edwardian period mahogany and inlay striking mantel clock. It has an arch top case, with contrasing mahogany paels edged with boxwood lines and flanked by two brass columns. It has a gilt andd enamel two-piece dial with a bevel edge glass. The 8 day movement strikes the hours and halves on a gong and was made by HAC- of Germany.
