Mahogany and Inlay Mantel Clock

A solid Mahogany and inlay striking mantel/bracket clock dating to the Edwardian period. The rectangular case has a flat top surmounted by a brass pineapple, the front is inlaid with boxwood stringing and satinwood shell inlay. It has brass drop handles and ball feet, a convex glass with a bevel edge and a white enamel dial. The French 8 day movement was made by Vincenti of Paris, and strikes the hours and halves on a gong.
