Imposing Gothic Clock Garniture

A very impressive mahogany and brass Gothic style clock garniture, dating to the early 1900s. The clock has a solid rectangular case, veneered in fiddle back mahogany, with a stylised silvered chapter ring. The brass frame has fleur de lis terminals and club feet. The top brass frame suspends a model church bell. The matching candelabra are in a crucifix form and terminate in fleur de lis.

It has an 8 day pendulum movement that sounds the hours and halves on a deep gong
