A good quality oak mantel clock made by Clock Maker to Queen Victoria dating to the mid Victorian period. It has a solid oak rectangular case of simple lines, a bevel edge glass and an enamel dial signed Chas. Frodsham Clock Maker To The Queen London. It has an 8 day pendulum movement that strikes the hours and halves on a bell and is engraved by the Maker on the backplate.
