Fine Regency Mahogany Bracket Clock

A fine mahogany timepiece bracket clock, dating to the Regency period. It has a lancet shape case with geometric brass inlay , turned brass columns and military style banding around a stepped base, with brass ball feet and arched brass fish scale fret side grills. The convex 7 inch dial has decorative pierced hands and is signed by the maker, Thomas Vine of London. It has a single fusee timepiece movement with an anchor escapement.
