Edwardian Striking Mahogany Mantel Clock

A small, solid mahogany mantel clock. The case has a break arch top, with a brass carrying handle and has a front panel inlaid in fiddleback mahogany and boxwood stringing. The convex enamel dial has a bevel edge lass. It has a French 8 day movement that strikes the hours and halves on a gong.
