Edwardian Mahogany and Inlay Striking Mantel Clock

An impressive mahogany mantel clock, dating to the early 20th Century. It has a waisted case,with a boxwood outer stringing and an inlaid floral marquetry panel with a shaped base. The brass bezel has a bevel edge convex glass and an enamel dial. The 8 day French movement strikes the hours and halves on a gong and was made by Vincenti of Paris. This clock was originally supplied to The Army and Navy Stores.
