An unusual late 19th Century mantel clock in the style of Lewis Foreman Day.The case, made of solid olive wood, and has a gallery top and quartered raised panels around the dial. The hand decorated dial is typical of designs by the well known Arts and Crafts designer Lewis Foreman Day. It has an 8 day gong striking movement made by Japy Frere.
