Small Mahogany and Inlay Barometer

A small, solid mahogany Sheraton style barometer made in the early 20th Century. It has an architectural pediment with a central brass finial, an alcohol thermometer on an engraved scale and a 4.5 inch engraved dial with a brass setter hand. The case is inlaid with satinwood and holly shells and has boxwood stringing. This barometer has an aneroid movement so can be shipped as it does not contain mercury.
